District 37 Banner Design Submission

At the Toastmasters International Convention each year, Districts that achieve Distinguished or higher status are recognized onstage at the Hall of Fame Ceremony.  We are confident that District 37 will be Select Distinguished this Toastmasters’ year because the members are Committed to Excellence.  District 37 needs a new banner to carry onstage to celebrate our accomplishments.  Members and clubs in District 37 are invited to submit their design of  the new District Banner. Judges will review all of the designs submitted and will select the design that best celebrates District 37.  The new District Banner will be created from the winning design and will only have few alterations, as needed.  The winner of the Club Banner Contest will be recognized in the District newsletter as well as at the Spring Conference. The winner will also receive a free Spring Conference registration – a $200 value!

Timeline:

  • Club Banner Contest Launch: Dec 5, 2023
  • Final day to submit a design: Feb 15, 2024
  • Judges Final Selection announced: Mar 1, 2024
  • TI approval: Mar 15, 2024
  • Display at Business Meeting: May 2, 2024

Use the form on below to upload your submission.  The entry must be high enough resolution to be scaled to 6’x4′ (10,800 x7,200 or higher).

The entry should include Toastmasters International branding (logo, color, etc.)  Search the Toastmasters International web site for more information.
