Everyday life presents challenging communication situations.

The Interpersonal Communications module can be used by teachers, youth program administrators, guidance counselors, church leaders and other adult community members who mentor teenagers. The module is flexible; team leaders can use all lessons or just parts of each, depending on the group’s needs.

Topics in this manual include conversing with ease, negotiating, handling criticism, coaching someone to improve performance, and expressing dissatisfaction effectively.
